Shepherd’s Harvest Festival

Always on Mother’s Day weekend in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, Shepherds Harvest Festival is one of the most comprehensive ways to learn about sheep. Whether it’s through classes, vendors, or demonstrations, any questions you may have about how and why we raise sheep can likely to be answered here. We deeply appreciate this opportunity to connect you to the local farmers that are excited to tell you about how the products you buy are made, where they come from, and about the animals that make it all possible. At this event, Maple Hill Farm really helps our association shed light on the wonderful community their farm has created and supported in Wisconsin. Every year, our members Tammy and Brian Michaelson (owners of Maple Hill Farm), bring their hand-made, gentle and nourishing sheep milk soaps and lotions.  After stopping by their booth, you can expect to be leaving with extra-soft skin and excited to try your new sheep milk shampoo and conditioner!
